I received my PhD in Psychology at York University, Toronto, Ontario, and currently run a practice in counselling in Toronto.

I’ve held teaching positions at the following schools:

• McMaster University (Hamilton)
• Glendon College (York University, Toronto)
• Ontario Bible College (now Tyndale University College & Seminary) in Ontario, Canada
• Ambrose University College, Toronto

I regularly speak at conferences and seminars including those hosted by the Children’s Aid Society, Foster Parent’s Associations, Intercultural Ministries (with SIM International) and the Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse Network.

I’ve had the privilege of holding various elected positions, including being Chair of the Board of Elders at my church, President of the Board of Directors of a non-profit charitable organization offering day care and counselling to the community. I’ve also been the Pastor to seniors at a church in Scarborough, Ontario, and Senior Interim Pastor to another congregation, also in Scarborough. Currently, I’m also an ordained minister and a senior pastor at a church in Scarborough.
